Double Storey Extension – Handbridge, Chester 2008

As a home owner, our client required an extension to be added to the rear and side of the property. This involved the demolition of the exisiting rear patio and garage.

We used an identical brick match to make a seemless join between the new construction and existing property.

The project specification included complex steel work, vaulted ceilings, hand made oak beams, oak framed windows, under floor heating and large glass concertina doors.

The end result…. A large open plan lounge area, leading to a storage and garage. Large concertina doors were fitted opening out onto the new patio, decking area, water feature and landscaped garden.  Upstairs the extension enlarged exisiting rooms and created 2 new bedrooms and a bathroom.
